Please read the following important terms and conditions before you buy anything on our site.
In this contract:
We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Itara An Another, a fashion brand in India run by Shefali Parekh with GSTIN 27ALEPP7690N1Z8, whose registered office is located in Mumbai, India and
‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us. If you are under 16 you must obtain permission from your parents or guardian before you register on or buy anything from this site. We reserve the right only to accept orders from people over 18.
In this contract ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means
If you buy goods on our site you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
You may only buy goods from our site for non-business reasons.
This contract is only available in English. No other languages will apply to this contract.
ORDERING GOODS FROM US
Below, we set out how a legally binding contract between you and us is made.
You will need to register on the site with information about yourself which is accurate, current and complete. The password you provide should be kept secure and you must notify us of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
You place an order on the site by adding your selected item(s) to the shopping bag and proceeding to checkout. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by another customer. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it
When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process (i.e. when you click on “Pay”), we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.
We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:
(a) the goods are unavailable;
(b) we cannot authorise your payment;
(c) you are not allowed to buy the goods from us;
(d) we are not allowed to sell the goods to you;
(e) you have ordered too many goods; or
(f) there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of the goods.
We will only accept your order when we email you to confirm this (Confirmation Email). At this point:
(a) a legally binding contract will be in place between you and us; and
(b) we will dispatch the goods to you, or inform you of the estimated dispatch date.
All our products are made to order and take between 14 days to 30 days, depending on the outfit ordered.
Domestic shipping (orders in India) usually take 3-10 working days depending on your location.
For International orders dispatch time is the same but it usually takes between 7 – 15 days depending on your location.
A courier tracking number is shared with the customer during the dispatch of the product/
The above mentioned time frames can be affected due to public holidays natural calamities and other events out of our control.
We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the items being dispatched

The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping at www.itaraananother.com depends on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent. Shipping charges which are automatically calculated at the checkout page.
We have FREE shipping for all orders above Rs. 16,500.
Free shipping is offered to only customers in India*. For customers outside India, international shipping charges, as well as duties and taxes as applicable, are payable by the customer.
*Handling or convenience charges may apply.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Since these textiles are created individually, we take about 10 days for the end product to be ready and then a further 3-4 days for delivery.
If any item is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please email us on [email protected].
Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery. We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses; we do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond the control of Team ITARA. These interruptions include but are not limited to the transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit card bank delays.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
A single service provider may not have a strong network in all countries; hence to optimise shipping lead times we work with several different service providers. A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.
The delivery time for an order depends on the order itself. For made to measure, the process takes approximately 14 days to 35 days depending upon the garment. We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the items being dispatched. Deliveries will take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm unless otherwise specified.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not accept any other method of payment.
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the goods is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when the goods are confirmed, and you receive OTP or confirmation.
The price of the goods is in the currency shown at the checkout. You are responsible for any charges that your payment card provider may apply for making payment in that currency.
The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery for the customers outside India which will be shown separately at the checkout and on the Confirmation Email, for the customers living inside borders of India shall be eligible for free shipping.
If the shipping address of your goods is in India the price of the goods includes all taxes and duties.
If the shipping address of your products is outside India, the price of the goods does not include sales taxes, import duties or other levies, and you will be responsible for paying those. In some cases, payment of those charges may be necessary to release your goods from customs.
NATURE OF THE GOODS
While we try to make sure that all weights, sizes and measurements set out on the site are accurate, there may be small differences between the weights, sizes and measurements of goods shown on the website and the actual products we supply.
While we try to make sure that the colours of our goods are displayed accurately on the site, the actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.
Many of our garments are hand finished or hand-embroidered. By their nature, these garments may exhibit small irregularities and may vary from examples shown on the website; this is not a manufacturing fault. Garments featuring hand embroidery or hand finishing or incorporating fabrics such as chiffon and georgette are by their nature susceptible to pulls and rips and are not designed for hard-wearing.
MADE- TO MEASURE AND ALTERATION
We produce made-to-measure garments and alterations to ready-made garments according to the specifications that you provide when you place your order. If you wish to change your specifications after we confirm your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us before the garments have been dispatched, we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the change. We may charge an additional fee for accommodating the change.
In case of size alterations, please drop us an email us on [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +91-9769501885 with the product code and size. Our team will assist you with the alteration process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Our love for prints and eco-friendly colours drives us to make each piece unique. Our textiles are individually created by hand printing using different techniques. The occasional slubs and gentle shading in the fabrics should not be regarded as defects. The soft natural look and subtle colour variations are characteristics of special dyeing and the washing process.
Since each piece is hand-painted or hand-dyed and custom made to order, we do not have an exchange/return policy.
Returns and Exchange of any ITARA AN ANOTHER product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.
We carefully inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt. Full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on the grounds of colour, choice or handwork.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Itara An another will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.
The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.
Products bought during the sale period cannot be returned or exchanged.
The returned good must contain on labels, tag, receipt and another packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Itara An Another reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request in case of missing packaging.
All returns will only be on a credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you.
This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.
We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customised items under any circumstances since all items have been customised as per your request and post your approval.
If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Discounts differ on individual products and will be considered for final invoicing irrespective of material used for promotional purposes.
We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down / marked-up.
Promotion codes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
LIMIT ON OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury), we are not legally responsible for:
(a) were not foreseeable to us when the contract was formed; or
(b) that were not caused by any breach on our part;
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot limit in law (such as for death or personal injury), our full liability to you in connection with your purchase will be limited to the amount that you paid us for the goods and delivery.
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently.
If you are unhappy with the goods, our service to you, or any other matter, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you want to take court proceedings, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this contract.
Indian law will govern this contract and any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual claims and disputes).
“Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this site. We try to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. But we do not promise that our content is accurate or error-free. We cannot guarantee that our content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed. Your use of the site and its content grants no rights to you in relation to any intellectual property rights relating to the content All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
OUR RIGHTS TO AMEND TERMS
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and we encourage you to revisit these terms periodically to ensure that you are at all times, fully aware of our terms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these terms. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the website.
INDEMNITY & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control. A Force Majeure Events includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action: civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or another natural disaster, the impossibility of the use of Railways, Shipping, Aircraft, Motor transport or other means of public or private transport; the impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks, the acts decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; and pandemic or epidemic. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION GATHERED?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is stored at www.Itaraananother.com. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
The e-mail address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional Itara An Another news, updates, promotions, related product information, etc. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future e-mails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement security measures that meet or exceed current standards to protect the safety of your personal information when you place an order or submit your personal information on our website, but please be aware that no system of transmitting data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
HOW ARE COOKIES USED?

No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of this contract.
Occasionally, we may include links to third-party sites on our website. These sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and we, therefore, hold no responsibility or liability for the content and activity of these linked sites.
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us study the traffic that lands on our website and to identify the most popular pages on our site.
To protect your personal information, we take precautions and follow practices to make sure it is not lost, inappropriately used, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
